Dante Pizzeria Napoletana


Over the weekend I finally got a chance to go to Dante Pizzeria Napoletana. This may very well be some of the best pizza in the Midwest. Authentic Italian style pizza, the head chef actually flew to Naples where he was certified to create such delicious pizzas.

Now, I have had Pizza on the Mediterranean coast. What I had at Dante was just the same level of quality. They will fly specific ingredients, such as flour or tomatoes from Italy, along with making Mozzarella in house. All of this level of detail goes into something so wonderful you'd be a fool to pass it up.
